Calf muscle stretching against wall - medial area

Stand up straight facing the wall.
Step forward with the leg to be stretched and put your toes on the wall so that your ankle is in "V" shape.
Put both hands on the wall and slowly turn your hip away from the foot on the wall.
Feel the stretch in the inner side of your calf.
Hold the position and return to the starting position.
