Calf foam roller - version 2

Sit on the floor with a foam roller placed under one calf and your other leg crossed on top.

Support yourself on straight arms and lift your buttocks off the floor. Start rolling back and forth along the calf.
Note: You can also turn your feet outwards/inwards to roll the sides of your calf.
