Cable machine side-lying shoulder internal rotation

Lie on your side with your back to a cable machine.
Grab the handle of the cable machine with your top hand.
Bring your upper arm against your body and bend your elbow to 90 degrees so that your hand is pointed towards the ceiling.
Keeping your elbow at your side rotate your forearm forwards against resistance.
Hold briefly and then control back to the starting position.
Ensure your trunk does not roll during the movement.
