Cable hip and knee extension

Start by standing in front of the cable machine. Put the strap around one foot and take support as needed. Raise the other leg by placing a board under your foot. The pulley should be at hip level. Move your leg straight back and then return to start position in a controlled manner.

To avoid an arch in your low back, tighten your stomach muscles.
