Bridge with resisted abduction/flexion - single leg march

Tie a resistance band around both thighs, just above your knees.
Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and hip width apart.
Raise your hips up into a bridge.
Keep your knees apart with tension in the band.
March one leg up towards your chest, keeping the other leg still.
Tap your toe onto the floor and repeat.
