Bow and Arrow Retraction

Stand with a resistance band held between both hands.
Raise both hands to shoulder height.
Pull one arm backwards leading with your elbow.
Ensure your arm stays up at shoulder height but be conscious not to hunch your shoulders up.
Follow the movement of this arm with your head.
Control the movement as you return to the starting position.
