Stand upright with your elbows bent to 90 degrees at your side.
Hold the end of a resistance band in each hand.
Externally rotated your hands away from each other, putting tension on the band.
Keeping tension on the band, lift your hands up towards the ceiling until your upper arms are parallel with the ground.
Your elbows should remain bent to 90 degrees throughout the exercise.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position and release tension on the resistance band.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
