Backward rocking in quadruped - Version 2

Relax your thoracic spine by letting your chest drop toward the floor.
Let your lumbar spine relax to a flat position.
Push back with your hands as you rock backward moving in the hips only.
Do not let your pelvis tilt or your back bow outward as you rock.
Stop if you have any pain or if your pelvis or low back move upward.
