Assisted Pull Up, Supinated Grip

Stand on the footboard and hold on to the handles with your palms facing towards you (i.e. underhand grip).
Slightly lean your upper trunk back.
Pull your shoulder blades in and down and, using your upper back muscles, pull yourself upwards (chest towards the handles).
In a controlled manner, lower your body back to the starting position.
