Clasp your hands and turn the palms to face away from your chest. Straighten your elbows and relax your shoulders. Breathe in.

Breathe out and lift your arms up. Bend your knees and lengthen your spine. Keep your shoulders down. Breathe in.

Breathe out and lower your arms down.
