AAROM hand behind back with resistance band

Stand up straight with a resistance band tied high up above head height.
Hold onto the end of the resistance band with your affected hand, and stand with your back to the attachment point.
Ensure the band travels behind you.
Gather some tension in the band, and then allow the pull of the band to bring your hand up behind your back.
Pull the band back down a little before relaxing again, allowing the band to pull your hand up a little further.
